The S5 uses the unique sound field technology of Samsung, the DNSe. DNSe is a technology that allows sound fields that cannot be heard through small speakers or earphones of an MP3 player to be hard through software solutions. The S5 sound mode can be selected from normal, rock, vocal, emphasized low tones, classic, studio, concert hall and user settings, and if you use user settings, you can set the EQ and 3D and low tones. Presets normal, drama and action are provided for the video mode, which is optimized for videos.
